Brief history of the company
E.B. Loredo Realty Corporation started its operation last May 1991 in a 3 x 3 meters cubicle at room 602 Oledan Building, Ayala Avenue, and Makati City. It is a real estate marketing firm selling Camella projects and Veraville homes.
In March 1992, the Corporation was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as E.B. Loredo Realty Corporation under registration number AS092-081750 issued on March 10, 1992.
Since 1991, the company has shown a remarkable growth in terms of sales production, Gross Income and Assets. From its first office it moved to a bigger space at room 604 Oledan Bldg., with an area of forty (40) square meters. Hand in hand with the increase in size of its office, the company has shown steady growth in sales production as well as sales force. From an initial number of three sales people, it has grown to more than thirty (30) full time salespersons and a hundred part-time salespersons excluding referral agents.
In 1995, the company moved to a better place at Room 402 Ayala Life Bldg., Ayala Ave., Makati City because Oledan Bldg., was demolished to give way for the construction of a new office building known as Jaka Building. After three (3) years of stay in Ayala Life Bldg., it moved to a bigger and more spacious office at 2nd Floor Emerald Green Bldg., CV Starr Ave., Pamplona, Las Piñas City to serve its growing number of customers. Since the Company is concentrated in selling projects in Paranaque, Las Piñas and Calabarzon areas, its decision to transfer to Las Piñas is cost effective and efficient.
